RETURNS Policy

 

At Twisted, we want you to be happy with your order.

Returning an item because you changed your mind

If you bought from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive your item. You then have a further 14 days to return it to us. 

To be eligible for a return, items should be:

  • unused 
  • in their original condition 
  • returned with original packaging where possible 

You do not have to use the original packaging, but the item must be packed properly so it does not get damaged in transit. 

Unless the item is faulty or we stated otherwise, you are responsible for return postage costs. If we did not clearly tell you this before purchase, we may have to refund the return postage too. 

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at twistedapparel@twistedofficial.com.

If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under your legal rights. Consumers can have legal rights for up to 6 years in England, Wales and Northern Ireland if goods are faulty, though it is usually easier to enforce those rights within the first 6 months. 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, or proof that you have posted it back, we will process any refund due within 14 days. 

If you cancelled within your legal cooling-off period, we will refund:

  • the price paid for the item 
  • the cost of standard delivery only 

We do not have to refund any upgraded or express delivery charge. 

We may reduce your refund if the item has been used more than necessary to inspect it. 

Items that cannot usually be returned unless faulty

We cannot usually accept returns for:

  • personalised or custom-made items 
  • sealed hygiene products once unsealed 
  • any other items exempt under consumer law 

Bespoke or specially made items are generally outside the normal cancellation right. 

How to return an item

To start a return, please email:

Please include:

  • your order number 
  • your full name 
  • the item(s) you want to return 
  • the reason for return 

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
